Evaluation of the Applications

⇒ The applications will be evaluated for their eligibility and other criteria such as facts mentioned in the application, plagiarism and genuineness of the contents. Eligible applications will then be put up for consideration and decision of the Jury.

⇒ The Jury will evaluate each application put up for consideration and choose the winner under each category of Award.

⇒ The selection criteria will be decided by the Jury Members and / or Principal Decision Makers.

⇒ The main criteria for nomination and evaluation will be her contributions towards innovative steps taken in applying the technologies as an industrialist/ technologist/ researcher either in her individual capacity or as a leader of a group/ team.

⇒ In case of a leader of a group/team, specific contribution of the nominee as an individual should be considered apart from the contributions of the group/team lead by her.

⇒ For Awards I and II the graded average of the academic grade point, research, extra and co-curricular activities would be considered.

⇒ In case of any discrepancy the decision of the jury members and/or Principal Decision Makers will be final and binding.

⇒ Finalists’ Presentation- From among the applicants, the top five candidates will be selected as Finalists by the Jury. This applicants will then have to make a brief presentation to a Jury Panel comprising of domain experts and distinguished professionals.
