The Process
Step-by-step Evaluation
- Initial Evaluation:
All applications will be assessed for eligibility based on the specified criteria. This includes verifying the accuracy of the information provided, checking for plagiarism, and ensuring the genuineness of the content.
Applications meeting the eligibility requirements will be forwarded for further consideration by the Jury.
- Jury Evaluation:
The Jury will thoroughly evaluate each eligible application and select the winners in each award category.
The selection criteria will be determined by the Jury Members and/or Principal Decision Makers.
- Selection Criteria:
The primary criterion for nomination and evaluation will be the applicant’s contributions to innovative applications of technology as an industrialist, technologist, or researcher, either in an individual capacity or as the leader of a group/team.
For applicants leading a group/team, their specific individual contributions will be considered in addition to the accomplishments of the team they lead.
For Awards I and II, factors such as the applicant’s academic grade point average, research contributions, and participation in extra- and co-curricular activities will be taken into account.
- Final Decision:
In case of any discrepancies or disputes, the decision of the Jury Members and/or Principal Decision Makers will be final and binding.
- Finalists' Presentation:
From among the applicants, the top five candidates will be selected as Finalists by the Jury.
These finalists will be required to deliver a brief presentation to a Jury Panel consisting of domain experts and distinguished professionals.
